Recognition at HP
If you have left HP and have Tokens of Appreciation to redeem (formerly HP Points), here’s how you go about using them.
- If you created and remember your password prior to leaving HP, you can go directly to the Recognition at HP login page and access the shopping area of the website. Note that your login ID is your former eight-digit employee ID number.
- If you created a password, but do not recall what it is, select the recover password link on the Recognition at HP login page.
- If you did not create a password or are having any trouble recovering it, please send an email to hpadminsupport@biworldwide.com. For faster response time, please include your name, former employee ID (EID) and the date you left HP.
- If you have any other questions, please contact us at recognition@hp.com.
Please ensure you provide your employee ID, full name and contact details in all correspondence for identification purposes and also to assist us in providing a prompt response.
